E-commerce Optimization: Built with a mobile-first approach and fully responsive, the site features a streamlined catalog and a frictionless path to purchase, maximizing conversion rate optimization (CRO).

WordPress & Elementor Development: I utilized WordPress to provide a scalable CMS solution, allowing the client to manage their inventory and storytelling with ease.

🛠️ Technical Implementation & Entrepreneurial Strategy

This project represents a full-scale custom development from the ground up. Eschewing pre-made templates, I engineered a unique e-commerce architecture tailored to the specific needs of the artisan sector. My focus was to bridge the gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern digital commerce by building a bespoke digital storefront that prioritizes speed, security, and user engagement.

By leveraging WordPress and Elementor Pro for a “from-scratch” build, I ensured that the technical branding remains pixel-perfect and fully responsive across all breakpoints.
